By commissioning TheropodCreation's you are agreeing to the following:You have already discussed a full quote for your fursuit/ parts and are NOT purchasing a fursuit/ parts for $50 but instead are purchasing a spot in my waitlist. The deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of your suit after the commission price is discussed and agreed upon privately. This $50 waitlist deposit will NOT be refunded if you decide you no longer want to commission me and want to be removed from my waitlist.You are giving me permission to use pictures and videos I take of your suit in promotional posts on my social media and as an example of my work unless stated otherwise.Communication is necessary, after I begin on your suit, if you fail to respond to my messages for over 3 months your order will be canceled, and NO refund will be issued. In the case of a payment plan, I will work on your commission during the entire process of the payment plan, and I will not ship the suit/ parts until the final payment is made. I may be working on multiple commissions at any given time and the progress on your suit will be proportional to the speed of payment. In the case of a payment plan, if you miss 3 months of payments, this will result in a cancellation of your order and a partial refund will be issued for the amount already paid, your order will then be resold as a premade as stated in the refund policy below.I will not increase the quote/ amount due for personal reasons or because of any mistakes I may make on my end. It will only increase if extras are added on after the original quote has been given, or if your character's design changes from the design in the original quote, in this case a new quote must be given and the amount must be discussed before confirming the changes and adjusting the quote/ amount due.You will be responsible for giving me accurate measurements according to the measurement charts I send, and answering any questions I ask regarding these measurements. In the case of a body suit being commissioned, you will be responsible for making and mailing me a duct tape mummy around the start of your commission.Failure to abide by these terms and conditions will result in the cancelation of your commission.

Refund Policy

NO refunds on finished products once delivered. If there’s an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact me so we can resolve it.Partial refunds (What has already been paid excluding material costs) may be available before shipping, and in those cases, I will modify the character’s design to be resold as a premade. Fursuit parts that are generic or not character specific may or may not be modified before being resold in this case.
